Remember, you need a balanced diet and EXERCISE! 30 minutes a day to keep the fat away. It can be as simple as walking. Break it up into 10 minute intervals. Don't say you don't have time. You have time in your day for what you decide is important to you.
If it were work, tv, a date, church, or anything else you would make time for it. Stop making excuses and just get out and do it. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Hello Ladies, today wasnt a bad day. I started my morning with a healthy breakfast. Boil eggs, orange juice, and 2 apples. My first snack before lunch was a oat and honey bar with a orange. For lunch I had a garden salad with three glasses of water and a fresh bowl of fruits. My second snack for the day was a half a turkey sandwhich with a bottle of crystal lite. Foe dinner I had mac and cheese, mix vegatables and bake chops. I had jello for a snack before bed.
