Ever wonder why some foods you eat together may give you gas?

  1. Hello, hello, hello. Metro PCS theme. Im very happy today. I really did well today. I had a spinach turkey wrap with honey mustard dressing, spinach, carrots, onions, mandarine oranges, raisans, and bellpeppers inside. Along with that came my light side salad with water. For dinner I snacked alot. Im going to end there.

  2. Hola mi amigas'!!!! Como estas? I would like to introduce myself as ActionFigure - you will find out later how the name came about. I am very excited to be a part of such a "powerful" group of women. I personally think that things are much easier said than done - but when you are held accountable for things, failure is never an option. Even though I am just joining in the middle of the month, I have mentally prepared myself for this journey as though I started at day one. Bye, bye baby "phat" and hello "apple" bottoms.
